Keith is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Institution of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, as well as a Member of the Institute of Directors.
He is a past Chairman of the Society of Construction Law and is a well respected figure with nearly 40 years experience in the construction and property industries.
Keith started his career with John Laing and has since worked with property developers, clients, contractors and sub-contractors.
He founded Schofield Lothian in 1986 and developed them into a top 100 UK Quantity Surveying and Consultancy practice. Keith sold the business to Accord plc in 2002, and subsequently established Bennington Green, a property consultancy business.
Keith has been involved at Board level and Non-Executive Director level in a number of businesses, and has managed a number of acquisitions and mergers.
Keith has knowledge of all areas of construction, has worked in over 20 countries around the world, and lectures on a variety of topics. He has a proven track record of success as a negotiator, mediator, arbitrator, adjudicator and expert.
